Hey, I'm Erica Tudela!
Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, from a young age you'd find me running around building job sites and real estate offices with my parents.
I have been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 2014, but have been immersed in the Real Estate industry since 1990. I come from a family of Real Estate Agents and Contractors. My Mother was an Agent & my Father was a home builder (he is still a general contractor and now specializes in designing Kitchen & bath remodels). My Grandfather and Grandmother were a Realtor team and owned their own brokerage many moons ago. I was practically raised in a real estate office and home building sites.
Growing up immersed in the industry allows me to have an in depth understanding & create a successful career out of a lifelong experience and passion.
I specialize in residential sales in Kitsap County and I strive to provide my clients with the best service, knowledge, transparency, and commitment possible.
